Zucchini Bread
Ingredients
Dry:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cane sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Wet:
1/2 cups coconut oil (melted)
1 egg (at room temperature)
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup shredded zucchini
1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1 cup walnuts (optional)
Directions:
Whisk together dry ingredients. Add wet until ‘just’ combined. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
