All products are harvested to order, therefore, returns and/or exchanges are not available. Orders can be canceled for a refund before tracking notification has been sent.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

​

Our edible flowers are harvested and shipped same-day and delivered locally on Tuesday or Friday. Orders must be placed by12pm PST the day prior for next day processing. Pickups are NOT available at this time. Located outside the greater Sacramento, CA area? Enter the delivery date request and we will ship accordingly via USPS or UPS within the USA. Free shipping on all orders over $100. Delivery days are Tuesday - Saturday, except in rural areas where Saturday deliveries are unavailable.

Bask Farm is not responsible for lost or stolen packages - replacements or refunds will not be provided. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at baskfarm@gmail.com so we can address your concern.

PRODUCT CARE & DETAILS

​

Our edible flowers are grown from seed, grown organically, and never sprayed with pesticides or herbicides. Upon delivery, remove from insulated pouch and keep refrigerated until use. Flowers should stay fresh in refrigerator  for 4-6 days. 

​

Our fruit is locally sourced from small farms and dehydrated in house by Bask Farm. 

​

Bask Farm Skin:

Our calendula infused products will stay fresh for up to two years. Made in small batches for maximum freshness. Keep in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. 

Always perform a patch test before use. If pregnant, suffer from any skin conditions or take medications which these products may adversely react with, consult a doctor before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
