6 cups fresh greens
2 oz broccoli microgreens

2 avocados, sliced
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
4 strips of thick cut bacon
Himalayan salt and pepper
🍯Honey Dijon Chicken
1lb skinless chicken thighs
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
3 green onions, sliced
3 tablespoons EVOO
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
**whisk all ingredients and marinate chicken for 2-6 hrs**
🥗Tahini Ranch
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
1 tablespoon dill, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pinch cayenne pepper
