1 large head Romaine lettuce, chopped
2 oz sunflower microgreens
1 pint cherry tomatoes, chopped
4 oz mozzarella, diced
1/3 cup fresh basil, julienned
2 TBS freshly-squeezed lemon juice
2 TBS EVOO
3 TBS everything bagel seasoning
Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
Balsamic glaze
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with EVOO and lemon juice and toss. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Pour a generous amount of balsamic glaze and enjoy!
