Honey Lemon Cake



Ingredients:

1/2 pound (2 sticks) unsalted butter

1 1/4 cups sugar

4 extra-large eggs, at room temperature

2 tbs honey

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp grated lemon zest

2 cups sifted flour

1 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp baking powder


Directions:

  1. Cream butter & sugar then add eggs, vanilla, honey & zest.

  2. Sift dry ingredients & add to wet

  3. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes

  4. Let cool and top with whipped cream, fruit, & edible flowers
