All products are harvested to order, therefore, returns and/or exchanges are not available at this time.

Our herbs are harvested and shipped same-day and/or delivered locally on Tuesday or Friday.

Orders must be placed by12pm PST the day prior for next day processing. Pickups are NOT available at this time.

Located outside the greater Sacramento, CA area? Enter the delivery date request and we will ship accordingly via USPS or UPS within the USA. Free usps priority shipping onorders over $100. Delivery days are Tuesday - Saturday, except in rural areas where Saturday deliveries are unavailable.

Please note: shipping delays are unpredictable, and we have no control over them, but they do happen, as nothing is 100% guaranteed. Refunds will not be granted however, please contact via email if shipment is more than a day late of request.
